Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Milaaj Trading LLC ("Milaaj", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Milaaj platform — whether via website or mobile app — you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms in full.

You must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@milaaj.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirham) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

An order may be cancelled if we cannot fulfil it because our available stock is unavailable, defective, or delayed and replacement stock cannot be obtained, or because a supplier, warranty or quality issue, carrier disruption, customs restriction, or another event outside our reasonable control prevents fulfilment. If this happens, we will contact you, cancel the affected item or order, and issue a full refund for the amount paid for it, including its shipping charge, to the original payment method. Any alternative product or revised delivery date requires your agreement. This clause does not limit rights you have under applicable law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the stated amount. All payments are secured with TLS encryption. We do not store card details.

For bank transfer or EMI options, additional terms from the respective bank or payment provider may apply.

Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (customs, courier delays, public holidays). See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier, customs, or other disruptions outside our reasonable control. We will keep you informed and work with the carrier to resolve shipment issues. If the order cannot be delivered or a shipment is confirmed lost and cannot be recovered, we will cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it, including its shipping charge, to the original payment method. These terms do not limit your rights under applicable law. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

We offer a 30-day return window for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included. See our Returns Policy for full details, including non-returnable categories.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, contact us for a return or replacement.

Product availability reflects Milaaj's own stock and may change after an order is placed. If available units are found to be defective or unsaleable and replacement stock has not arrived, or a supplier, warranty or quality issue or another supply disruption means we cannot fulfil the order, we will notify you and cancel the affected item. We will refund the amount paid for it, including its shipping charge. We may offer an alternative product or revised delivery date, but will proceed only if you agree. This does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

All content on Milaaj — including text, images, logos, and code — is owned by Milaaj or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Product images and brand names belong to their respective trademark owners. Their presence on Milaaj does not imply affiliation beyond an authorised reseller relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milaaj is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or site notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of Milaaj after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
